These terms govern the use of sinanm.studio and any creative services provided by Sina Nourmousavi ("I", "me").

Services I provide AI-generated image and video production, including but not limited to product photography, UGC-style content, branded imagery, and short-form video. All project scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins.

Quotes and payment Pricing is provided on a per-project or hourly basis. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in paused delivery.

Revisions Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the brief. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Ownership and usage rights Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

AI-generated content All visuals are produced using AI tools. Ownership and copyright of AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction. I make no guarantee of exclusive copyright protection over AI-generated outputs.

Cancellation If you cancel a project after work has started, any completed work and the deposit are non-refundable. I reserve the right to cancel a project with reasonable notice and a refund of any undelivered work.

Liability I am not liable for how deliverables are used after handoff, including any legal claims arising from their use in advertising, social media, or other channels.

Changes to these terms I may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
